If we are not on time call us within an hour of the due delivery time and we will refund the invoice amount Applies to:
- Orders placed by 3pm the day prior
- Delivery of hot food requires a 10 minute window
- Guarantee does not apply when delivery delays are caused by building access or major traffic delays such as public demonstration. However in such a situation we will call you and keep you informed.
